This work is for women who know something deeper is happening beneath the symptoms and want root-cause healing (not more coping strategies) with a grounded, non-woo approach to energy work.

Who leads TLC Wellness?
TLC Wellness is led by a trauma-informed therapeutic coach trained in Integrative Medicine & Nutrition for Complex PTSD (C-PTSD), Energy Psychology (EFT + HBLU), Muscle Testing + Functional Energetic Assessment, and somatic and nervous system regulation principles. This integrated background supports emotional, energetic, and physiological healing at the same time.
What is test-based healing?
Test-based healing uses the body’s feedback—through muscle testing and functional mapping—to reveal emotional roots, subconscious patterns, biochemical needs, energetic interference, nervous system overload, and inherited or absorbed patterns. It replaces guessing with data your system provides in real time.
How is test-based healing different from talk therapy?
Talk therapy helps you understand your story. Test-based healing helps your body complete it. Because much of what drives symptoms exists below conscious awareness, muscle testing can help access and resolve what talking alone can’t reach.
What is energy psychology?
Energy psychology blends modern psychology with the body’s energetic systems (such as meridians, chakras, and biofields). Tools like EFT and HBLU help dissolve stress patterns at their source by engaging emotion, cognition, physiology, and energy simultaneously.
What can energy psychology help with?
Energy psychology can support anxiety and emotional overwhelm, chronic stress and burnout, trauma (including C-PTSD), limiting beliefs and internal conflicts, shutdown/freeze/dissociation, sleep issues, irritability, fatigue, emotional regulation challenges, and boundary patterns. This work is trauma-informed and gentle.
Can energy psychology work alongside traditional therapy?
Yes. Many clients continue therapy while working with TLC Wellness. Energy psychology supports the body in integrating what therapy helps you understand mentally.
What is muscle testing?
Muscle testing is a gentle biofeedback technique that detects micro-responses in the neuromuscular system. A strong response indicates congruence, while a weak response indicates stress or imbalance. It allows us to ask your system clear yes/no questions and receive real-time feedback.
Why is muscle testing so important for healing?
Muscle testing helps find roots quickly, confirm what the body is ready to heal, verify when patterns have dissolved, bypass guesswork, and avoid overwhelming the nervous system. Many clients value it because it provides clarity, precision, and measurable change.
Can muscle testing be done online?
Yes. Muscle testing can be done virtually using proxy muscle testing, where the practitioner connects energetically to your system and performs tests through their own body. Distance does not limit accuracy.
What is the Discover · Decode · Dissolve™ method?
Discover · Decode · Dissolve™ is the TLC Wellness signature framework. First, we Discover the true emotional, energetic, or biochemical root through testing. Next, we Decode the system’s logic and what it’s protecting. Then, we Dissolve the interference using EFT, HBLU, somatic support, and nutritional recalibration—followed by re-testing to confirm the shift. It’s trauma-informed, gentle, and measurable.

Are sessions online?
Yes. All TLC Wellness sessions are virtual and accessible worldwide.
How many sessions do I need?
It depends on your goals. Some women want support for a specific root; others join THRIVE, the 20-week full-system recalibration program. Every plan is customized and guided by your system’s feedback.
Can I combine this work with medication or therapy?
Yes. Therapeutic coaching can support emotional regulation and nervous system stability alongside therapy and medication. Always consult your prescriber before making changes to medication or treatment plans.
Is this approach spiritual or religious?
No. This work is body-led, evidence-informed, and trauma-aware. You can be spiritual, not spiritual, scientific, skeptical, or somewhere in between.
Is test-based and energy-based healing safe?
Yes. This work is non-invasive, gentle, and governed by your body’s readiness. We never force, flood, or push your system beyond its capacity.
Do I have to believe in energy work for it to work?
No belief is required. Energy psychology works through physiology and neurobiology, not belief structures. Openness is helpful, but belief is not necessary.
